Christmas Show Frozen Tickets 2023

Show Dates

• Wednesday 20th December.
• Thursday 21st December.

Show Location

• Dreigiau’r Dyffryn Gymnastics Club, Coed y Parc, Bethesda, LL57 4YY.
• Please enter via Unit 6 and Unit 7.

Parking

Note: there is very limited parking - the car park is not big enough to accomodate all ticket holders. Make sure you allow ample time to seek alternative local parking.

Show Times

• 4:00pm: Drop off gymnasts for the pre-show practice on your gymnast's day(s). Entry permitted for gymnasts only.
• 5:30pm: Doors open to ticket holders.
• 6:00pm: Frozen Christmas show starts.

Some gymnasts are to attend both days.

* Note: Tues 6pm - 8pm Freestyle gymnasts did not want to participate, so they do not need to attend the show.

Fundraising Tickets

• Limited tickets can only be bought ONLINE BELOW @ £5.00 each (non-refundable) using your credit/debit card.
• Now a maximum of 1 ticket per family can be purchased for each night your gymnasts are performing (some gymnasts are performing both nights).
• Sorry, no additional tickets will available online or at the door.
• Due to the size of the gym, there will be a mixture of seating & standing areas available.
• No tickets will be posted out – just names checked at the doors of Unit 6 and Unit 7 each night.

Gymnast Costumes

• Wear blue, white & silver colours – make sure they can still can do gymnastics in their clothing.

Refreshments

• Fundraising teas, coffees & cakes will available after the Special 2023 Club Awards!
• Please bring your fundraising cake contributions at 4:00pm to sell on the night.
