Attendance

• If your child can not attend, please let us know, so we can inform their coaches.

How Do I Buy Tickets?

• Carefully read the information on this page first!
• You will then find the ticket order form at the bottom of this page.

What Night Should Gymnasts Attend?

• If your gymnast usually attend sessions on a Monday, bring them at 4:00pm on Monday 15th.
• There is no Xmas show on Tuesday, so gymnastics sessions as normal.
• If your gymnast usually attends sessions on a Wednesday, bring them at 4:00pm on Wednesday 17th.
• If your gymnast usually attends sessions on a Thursday, bring them at 4:00pm on Thursday 18th.
• If your gymnast usually attends sessions from 5:15pm - 6:15pm on Friday, bring them at 4:00pm on Monday 15th.
• If your gymnast usually attends sessions from 6:15pm - 7:15pm on Friday, bring them at 4:00pm on Thursday 18th.
• If your gymnast only attends the tumble session on Friday, bring them at 4:00pm on Thursday 18th.
• There is no Xmas show on Friday, so gymnastics sessions as normal.
• If your gymnast usually attends sessions on 2 nights, bring them on both nights at 4:00pm.

Spectator Tickets

• Make sure you book the correct night(s) for your child.
• Spectator tickets are £8 per person and can only be purchased using the form below.
• You can only purchase tickets for one night at a time.
• On completion of the form, payment can be made by credit or debit card.
• Due to limited seating available, strictly only 2 "tickets" per family are available for each night.
• You don't need a ticket for an accompanying baby, sat on your lap.
• A ticket will be sent out by email confirming your purchase.
• Please show your ticket on entry to the gym.
• If you have not paid for a ticket, no tickets will be available on the night.

Show Times

• On the night of the show, please drop gymnasts off at the gym at 4:00pm for the pre-show practice session.
• The doors for "ticket" holders will open at 5:30pm. Note: parents will not be admitted before this time.
• To speed up entry, please enter the gym via the doors to both Unit 6 and Unit 7.
• The show starts at 6:00pm.

Parking

• Parking will be very limited, where possible, please share cars.
• Our car park manager will direct you to the correct parking spot. Please be patient, it's going to be busy!
• If you need to leave promptly after the show, please do not park in the car park at the gym.

Raffle

• Fundraising raffle tickets will be available for purchase before the show.

Club Awards

• After the show, we will present our Annual Club Awards to nominated gymnasts.

Costumes

• The Xmas show theme is "Lion King/Mufassa" (film), so gymnasts are to wear something "orange/red/yellow", or "Lion King" themed outfit. Please ensure they can still to gymnastics in their costumes.

Refreshments

• Fundraising cakes & refreshments will be available after the show.
• Please bring your cake contributions on the night.
