Dreigiau'r Dyffryn gives children great opportunities to be able to take part in gymnastics in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Sophie is an inspiration to young people and ensures that the club is inclusive for everyone. The club also gives young people opportunities to work as coaches which develop very valuable life skills.

My 7 year old daughter has been attending the club for a few years now. I am extremely happy with her development in terms of confidence and in terms of developing new skills. The coaches are patient and supportive, ensuring that each child feels confident enough to do their best. The classes are small enough for each child to receive individual attention, but on the other hand large enough to make new friends and to work together. The gym itself is clean, full of quality equipment and safety is always a priority.
